LLYNDA MORE and MARK GENDEL are practically lifelong friends who met in Nashville as kids pursuing careers in. . . what else? . . .music! Both became songwriters and recording artists in their own right during their early days in Nashville, Llynda recording for CBS Records and Mark recording for Capitol/EMI. Later on, they collaborated on their first song together in Music City and soon after teamed up in New York City where they wrote, performed on and co-produced many recordings, some of which have been used in movies and television. Their songs can be heard in cult favorite movies, such as, Back To The Beach and I Was A Teenage Vampire and the television series, Spenser For Hire. Their latest co-production and CD release is Llynda More’s solo debut, Tales from the Great Within, an album packed full of highly acclaimed original songs that have generated several hits on internet music charts. MARK GENDEL is one of those rare and gifted people with so many diverse talents that he can single-handedly create a record from start to finish. Not only is he accomplished in the individual categories of guitarist, songwriter, arranger, producer and engineer, but he has the extraordinary ability to combine his many crafts into a final audio experience that is unique and irresistible to the ear. His background paints an exciting landscape of colorful people and experiences, starting with growing up in Toronto, Canada and studying classical guitar in Madrid, Spain. In Toronto, he became an engineer at Sounds Interchange Studios where he worked with world class artists such as The Rolling Stones, Black Sabbath, Rod Stewart, Rush, Triumph and Anne Murray. He made Nashville his home after refining his engineering and production skills in Toronto. Mark's vision for a band became a reality in Nashville as a founding member of RPM, one of the most regarded pop/rock groups to originate in that city. Under his encouragement, the band recorded their second album in London, England where he co-produced the record with Gary Langan, former engineer for the world-renowned band, YES. To this day, both RPM albums continue to garner rave reviews in music publications and on music websites. Independent label, Retrospect Records, recently released a remastered, two CD package on RPM due to high demand and the respect its music continues to generate. Ambition, depth of character and ingenuity are the unique combination of trademarks that make up the soul of artist, LLYNDA MORE. As a child, Llynda was exposed to music through the work of her father, Bob Moore, who is one of the world’s leading and most recorded bass players. Her father's bass lines can be heard on literally hundreds of hit records by some of the finest recording artists America has produced...Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Simon and Garfunkle, Patsy Cline...and the list goes on and on. Growing up in a musical family set Llynda on the path of pursuing her own music career at an early age. Her first gig was as the lead singer in a pre-school play at age six. She continued to be involved in musical productions throughout her school years, as well as demonstrate leadership, competitive and performance skills as cheerleader captain and student body Vice President. These diverse traits combined resulted in her being chosen Miss Nashville, Miss Tennessee and eventually a Miss America finalist. Llynda has gone on to refine her unique artistic talents and the results have been most noteworthy. As a recording artist and vocalist, Llynda has recorded for CBS/Sony Records, national commercials, film and television. As an exceptionally gifted songwriter, she has written for Warner Music under exclusive contract and recorded multi full-length albums in her studio where she actively arranges and produces her insightful and provocative original material. Llynda chose New York City’s most demanding venues as her training ground to be a live performer. Within weeks of her first performance, she became a regularly featured artist in music and trade publications receiving the highest accolades and critical acclaim from some of the world’s most demanding critics.

Dear Llynda and Mark,
I wish to thank you for your brilliant performance on New Year’s Eve at Pierchic. All the guests I spoke to were delighted with the high quality music you performed on that night. Having worked for almost twenty years in hotels and most of the time in food and beverage, I can say confidently that your attitude has been exemplary, which is not always the case with artists! We hope to be able to work again in the future. I remain in the meantime,
With best personal regards
